Walk in the Spirit

In today’s message: we discover the fruits of the Spirit that will crucify the flesh with its passions and dead works. The key for us to overcome the works of the flesh is allowing the cultivation of the fruit harvest of the Spirit. It means we are to be led by the Spirit versus trying to stop sinning in our own strength. Isn’t that some good news?

Build a powerful cross reference Bible reading system.
Be encouraged to build up a cross reference system in your Bible by making marks in the margins of your spiritual Sword. D. L. Moody encouraged his disciples to make marks in their Bibles. Highlighting scriptures that speak to them in personal devotions and building up a cross reference system through diligent study of the word.

Scripture Cross reference reading Exercise:
Read through the main passage from Galatians chapter five in your Bible and set a bookmark there so that you can easily find it while you are meditating in the Word and building a cross reference system from one key scripture to the next.
Scripture will always interpret scripture. We are dealing with the New Covenant and preaching the truth in the face of diverse end time heresies. It is time to be equipped to answer the difficult questions in our society and give people hope and joy in believing in Jesus Christ, the soul solution for every problem, the Christ for every crisis.

Gal 5:23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
Gal 5:24 And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
Gal 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
Gal 5:26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
