About Harvester

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

ONE Harvest is the global collaborative movement of Harvester International Ministries (H.I.M.), a Christ‑centred apostolic network committed to establishing strong churches, forming mature disciples, and extending the Gospel of the Kingdom to the nations. Rooted in the Great Commandment: “love God and people;” and the Great Commission: “make disciples of all nations,”  The movement operates with a unified vision to see Christ formed in believers and His Kingdom expressed in families, churches, regions, and nations.

1. Core Mission

H.I.M. exists to: Love God and humanity, expressing Jesus Christ’s nature through discipleship, fellowship, worship, and service.
Make disciples globally, using biblical foundations (Acts 2:42), apostolic doctrine, and practical ministry training.
Build Christ‑centred churches, structured relationally rather than hierarchically.
Advance the Gospel of the Kingdom (Romans 14:17), emphasising righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
The movement’s aim is not merely expansion, but reformation—a continual alignment with scriptural truth and the original blueprint of Jesus for His Church.

 2. Vision Framework

The vision of ONE Harvest is expressed through three foundational imperatives:
A. Commanded to Love
The Church demonstrates discipleship through love, care, and the building of strong Christian community – especially through Harvester Households, which serve as relational hubs for communion, mentorship, healing, and practical growth.
B. Commissioned to Go
Through global missions, evangelism, and leadership development, ONE Harvest has already reached more than 120 nations. The movement actively trains and sends believers into local and international fields.
C. A Global Galaxy of Churches
Instead of traditional top‑down structures, Harvester operates through an Orbital Network Ecclesia – interconnected churches, ministries, and leaders that revolve around Christ as the centre.
Each believer and leader finds an “orbit of function” where gifts can flourish sustainably.

3. Strategic Priorities

To advance its mission, ONE Harvest focuses on:
i. Strengthening Local Churches
Increasing Harvester Households for discipleship
Weekly worship, teaching, and prophetic flow
Practical orbits of function for service and ministry development
ii. Establishing Regional & Apostolic Councils
Regional Conquest Councils support churches, harmonize doctrine, and improve cross regional collaboration.
The Apostolic Council provides spiritual oversight and doctrinal continuity.
iii. Unified Discipleship System
The ONE Discipleship Growth Path simplifies and standardizes spiritual development across all nations:
Convert. Commune .Commission. Repeat

 4. Miracle Bible Training Centre (MBTC)

MBTC is the official training engine of the movement, delivering:
Foundational studies
Fivefold ministry development
Global online courses
Satellite campuses across continents
This ensures doctrinal accuracy and long‑term continuity.

5. Collaboration & Resource Integration

Through shared media, teaching materials, digital portals, and joint events, ONE Harvest creates a unified “sound” and a global identity rooted in Christ. We need to operate in a funnel system of directing all forms of social and written media towards local churches. This is driven through #hashtag mentions of churches and ministries, current followers, and then further through membership reposting important church relevant information to reach a wider footprint of current non-followers.
We support book launches, bible training and media productions of regional councils.

6. Governance & Accountability

Harvester’s approach to governance emphasizes:
• Mutual submission with operational autonomy
Churches retain unique identity while aligning shared doctrine and values.
We are raising up local Bishops who will care for regional councils and implement the ONE Harvest Strategy in geographical and spiritual hubs.
• Clear financial protocols
Biblical stewardship, transparent reporting, and accountability structures are implemented across all churches. Compliance with local laws is emphasized and executed by directors of local autonomous Non-Profit Companies and Ministries.
• Doctrinal unity through Apostolic Perspective
All teaching and new courses are reviewed to ensure alignment with the New Covenant and apostolic doctrine.
Combined, these provide both spiritual covering and practical integrity across nations.

7. Worship, Prayer & Prophetic Direction

Worship and prayer are central functions of the movement, incorporating:
Fivefold expression in worship in Spirit and Truth.
Prophetic proclamation
Holy convocations (corporate gatherings for instruction and alignment)
Prophetic plumb‑lines for discernment and spiritual warfare
Regular worship events restoring the Tabernacle of David in a New Covenant context. Acts 15:16,17
These gatherings help synchronize the global body and maintain spiritual sharpness.

8. Global Expansion & Future Outlook

With a rapidly growing network of churches across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ONE Harvest is actively establishing:
New regional convocations
Leadership cohorts and bishops for emerging regions
Expanded MBTC hubs
Business Orbit initiatives for sustainable kingdom impact
Enhanced reporting systems for organizational insight
The vision is to see a thousand churches thriving relationally, doctrinally aligned, and collaborating to bring in the global harvest.

9. Guiding Values

Across every region and ministry expression, the movement is driven by:
Christ-centredness
Love and Unity
Meekness and Humility
Sound doctrine and accuracy
Discipleship and personal transformation
Integrity, accountability, and excellent Spirituality
Global collaboration under one spiritual sound
These values anchor the mission and shape the culture of the entire network.

Conclusion

Harvester International Ministries networks through affiliated movements, which we describe as ONE Harvest, an Orbital Network Ecclesia. ONE Harvest is a global apostolic movement committed to forming mature believers, building strong local churches, and collaborating across nations to advance the Gospel of the Kingdom. Through relational networks, biblical training, strategic councils, and the power of the Holy Spirit, the movement provides a sustainable, scalable model for global discipleship and church growth—always keeping Jesus Christ at the centre.

The Message

There is only one true Gospel and that is the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. That is what Jesus preached and that is what the apostles preached. There are many so called gospels, but there is only one Eternal Gospel – the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. ROM 14:17 explain that it’s characteristics are described as righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.

OUR PRIVILEGE then is to reign with Christ and enter into the kingdom by faith. We have been made to “sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus”. We are to be more than conquerors. Sin shall therefore not have dominion over us. Sin, sickness and Satan are banished from the glorious realm in which God’s children are called to live. Jesus is our KING, we are His Kingdom. HIS WILL is our highest desire and the extension of His Kingdom our sole occupation. All else will be added unto us. Our occupation is rulership, not defeat!
Faith creed

As we continue to practice doing just as He tells us to do in His word, life completely changes for us. We will have a completely different perspective and will come to have an entirely new attitude towards life, things and people and joint with this perspective we believe that the Church is God’s Genius at work!

Statement of Faith

There is one God, our Creator, eternally existing in Three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus is the Son of God and Saviour of the world. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and God anointed him to heal the sick and raise the dead. His vicarious death, bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of God the Father are all just as real as His physical and imminent return.

The Bible is the living word of God written by holy men inspired by the Holy Spirit and contains instruction in holy living.

The Holy Spirit is our Guide and Comforter. The fruit of the spirit is a spiritual harvest from seed sown and the gifts of the Spirit are given to each member to encourage other believers to make unbelievers aware of the reality of Jesus Christ in the church, the body of Christ, today.

We are Christ’s ambassadors to a spiritually dark and lost world imploring them to be reconciled with God through Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus Christ paid the price for their reconciliation and everyone who believes in Him shall be saved and have all their sins forgiven.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit is essential gift for all believers who obey the Lord and are baptised in water by full immersion in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The initial evidence of the baptism in the Holy Spirit is speaking in other tongues just as the disciples did in the book of Acts as the Spirit gives utterance. The other gifts of the Spirit follow after the baptism. Everyone who acknowledges Jesus as Lord has the Spirit within because no man can say Jesus is Lord except through the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the sacraments of the Lord’s Supper to remind ourselves of His death and resurrection and to learn to discern the body of Christ amongst us of which He is the Head. We also believe in the sacrament of water baptism by full emersion to signify our identification with Christ Jesus’ death and resurrection of which water baptism is a symbol. We bless the little children just like Jesus did and find no scriptural evidence for sprinkling or baptism of infants who have no choice regarding the administration of the sacrament. We baptise believers who confess Jesus Christ as their Lord, the bible as their code of living and the church as their spiritual family.

We believe in the corporate cleansing of sin of the body of believers whenever we have fellowship with God the Father, Son and Holy Ghost and with one another when we gather to worship our God. We also believe in the washing of water of the word that purifies the hearts of church members when the word is preached. Jesus said, ‘you are clean because of the words I have spoken’. This allows every member to function in the church without any guilt or condemnation and to find fulfilment and to add to the growth of the church.

We believe in corporate blessing of salvation, divine healing, provision and protection just as Israel was taken care of in the wilderness under the cloud and the pillar of fire. There was none feeble amongst them and they received physical sustenance from Manna from heaven and water from a rock that followed them. Christ is our Bread from Heaven and the Rock of Ages.

We believe in the apostolic blessing of grace and peace to the church that acknowledged apostolic ministry and our apostolic commission is to go into the whole world as sent ones to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom and make disciples of all nations. Our great Commandment is to love God and others as we love our self, because He first loved us leaving us an example to follow.

We believe we have already come to Mt. Zion, the Heavenly Jerusalem, to a great company of angels and the spirits of just men made perfect, to the elders in heaven, to Jesus the Mediator of the New Covenant based upon better promises and to God the Father and Judge of us all. This is the true church called the Church of the Firstborn of which we are an integral part. It is a present reality and not a distant hope.

We are New Testament believers and the Kingdom of God is a present reality with an ultimate fulfilment awaiting us. The Kingdom of God is within us and we do not have to take it by force as men did until the time of John the Baptist. It is our Heavenly Father’s good pleasure to give the Kingdom to us.
