1 Salvation

2 Visit a house church near you
Harvester Cape Town is a city wide church with household meetings in most areas.
This is where we care for the spiritual needs of the flock on a personal level. We’d like to meet you at church so that we can introduce you to a Household Leader in your area.
3 Foundation Course
The Harvester Foundation Course is presented free of charge to the community as a window into the Christian Faith. The course also serves as an entry point for new members into Harvester Reformational Church.
In Hebrews 6:1-3 we are urged to grasp the foundational truths of the Gospel, so that we can move on to mature things in the Word. The Harvester Foundation Course covers these points and is presented in the Household Meetings.
On completion of the Foundation Course, you will know what we believe and you may choose to become a member of Harvester Church. Members are introduced to the church and receive a Foundation Course certificate on the day.
4 Study the Word
Harvester believes in the process of ongoing training of its members, so that each member can function in the Body of Christ, which is the church.
Lecturers from almost every scope of ministry and church background have been given the opportunity to impart their lives to the students, laying the foundation for a truly fivefold equipping centre. Many students have since planted their own churches or became active in the body of Christ wherever they went.

5 Function in the church
In Ephesian 4:11-12, the Apostle Paul explains that the five-fold was given to equip the saints for the work of ministry.
This means that we can all function in the church, [wpgetpersonal].
We have many orbits and functions in the church. If you are technical, maybe you can help in the IT Orbit, the Sound Orbit or the Scribe Orbit. Or perhaps the Care Orbit where we distribute food and clothing to the poor in the church.
See, no matter who you are: God has a purpose and a function in the church for you.
