How to Access the Body of Christ

There are so many benefits to belonging to the Body of Christ, but we need the Holy Spirit to show us the ways God created to access the Church in all its fullness.

Here are some easy ways to access the Body of Christ both locally, abroad and spiritually.

1. By Faith in Jesus’ Name
Act 4:10 let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole.
Act 4:11 This is the \’STONE WHICH WAS REJECTED BY YOU BUILDERS, WHICH HAS BECOME THE CHIEF CORNERSTONE.\’
Act 4:12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.\”

2. Become Part of an Accurate Local Church
Shoot root and bear fruit –
Mat 13:20 But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy;
Mat 13:21 yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles.

The gates of hell will not prevail against the Church Jesus’ builds. The wisdom of God is made known to the local principalities and powers by the local church. There are many fancy ministers around the world, but they are itinerant and do not build the local church, but their ministries. For instance they entice people to rather tithe into their cause, than the cause of the local church. This is not helping people to access the Body of Christ, but building the personal empire of the para-church organizer. Tithes belong in the local storehouse so that there may be food in His house. Special offerings for missions are good to move the Gospel forward, but should not be place of regular tithes where people are taken care of from week to week, year to year, generation after generation.
So it remains that there are social clubs parading as churches where hell prevails. Look for accurate Bible teaching from the New Covenant and discern spirit and truth worship where the gifts of the spirit are allowed to operate.
Marks of an accurate Church Jesus Builds include:
Jesus said: “Joh 15:5 \”I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
Joh 8:31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, \”If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.
Joh 13:35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.\”

Another way to discern a good local church is if the people have rest for their souls:
Mat 11:29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Mat 11:30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.\”

3. Through thinking Globally
Local commitment releases Global involvement. Networking between accurate churches is a like seeing an oasis in the spiritual desert when travelling abroad. Business trips turn into an opportunity for missions to build the kingdom of God. Realize that all the existing Churches on earth are merely entry points into the True Church of the Firstborn registered in Heaven according to Hebrew 12:22-24.
4. Through Communion
Do this when you gather together in My name. Where two or 3 are gathered in my name there I will be in their midst
When two or three agree it shall be established…
Luk 22:19 And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, \”This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.\”
Luk 22:20 Likewise He also took the cup after supper, saying, \”This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.

5. Through Fellowship of purpose and suffering
2Co 1:5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ.
Php 3:10 that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,
Php 3:11 if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.

6. Through faithful functioning
Eph 4:16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
Fibres connect and ligaments are tied to muscles that generate power to function. That little bit that you supply becomes vital for the body to perform its function. Without what you supply, Christ is not seen. We see Jesus in a many membered Body of Believers continually.

7. Through Commitment to a Cause
Commissioned to go, commanded to love.
The cause of the preparation of the Bride of Christ- the heavenly Jerusalem and the true church should be our focus:
Rev 21:1 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.
Rev 21:2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

Heb 12:22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels,
Heb 12:23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Heb 12:24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.
Heb 12:25 See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven,
