If you knew a prize was given to you when you finish a race (not only when you have won the race) would it motivate you to finish it? The race of faith has such promises laid up for all who dare to believe. One such promise is for overcomers in this life. In other words, everything that tries to conquer you is an opportunity to overcome and win the prize offered to anyone who overcomes. Jesus made definite promises to overcomers when He revealed the future to John on the Isle of Patmos. He walked through the existing churches in Asia and gave John a special message to each of them. This message was sent to the apostle of each church. In Revelation it says he must write it to the ?angel of the church?. But angels do not read messages; people do! The word angel refers to special messenger which actually refers to the apostle of the church.
What is there in your life that you need to overcome?
What are you facing?
What seems like a mountain that you cannot scale or a river you cannot cross?
What is the impossibility you are facing?
What oppression of the enemy seems to be breaking you down?
What looks like it might end in defeat?
What habit are you trying to break?
What thought pattern has become a stronghold in your life?
What negative word is the enemy whispering in your ear?
What temptation are you constantly facing?
What is your financial burden?
What is your physical battle?
What emotions are you trying to subdue?
What hurts are you trying to remove from your soul?
What fears are making you numb and lame?

I have good news for you: Jesus says, to him and to her that overcomes whatever they are facing He will give tremendous rewards! It is worth it to battle on until the battle is won! Jesus is with you. He will not allow you to be tempted above that which you are able to bear but will with the temptation make a way of escape that you may be able to bear it. He is the way of escape. He is the door through which you can slip out! He is your strength. He equips you for battle and teaches you how to make spiritual warfare. He is the Revealer of the hidden snares of the enemy. He is your rewarder. He authorizes the measure of faith you require to overcome and He develops it and prepares to help you finish the race of faith victoriously! You cannot fail ? no matter how hard it may seem right now. Jesus is on your side! Do not fear and do not fret: He has overcome the world and you will overcome by the world by faith in Him.
God always causes us to triumph in Christ Jesus.
We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us and gave Himself for us.
Let us take up the sword of the spirit and drive back the hordes of hell that dare to overpower us. Let us no longer retreat. Let us sound the advance trumpet. Let us give the signal to attack. Let us turn the tide of evil and begin to raise up a standard of the spirit that will strike fear in the heart of the enemy of our souls!
The Great Commander of the armies of God is here with an unleashed sword. He will fight for us. The battle is the Lord. The victory is ours. We will not have to fight in this battle. Be still and know that He is God. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord!
He is the One who delivered Israel from the tyranny of Egypt!
He will cause plagues to come upon those who tyrannize you. He will make them change their minds about you. He will become their enemy for your sake. He has heard your cry and He will bring deliverance now so that you may freely serve Him. The devil has caused you to think you will never get rid of your hard task masters, but today God is announcing your freedom and He is saying, ?Let my people go!?

He is the One who softened Pharaoh?s heart to release the people of God!
He will soften the heart of those who have treated you harshly. He will deal with them and vindicate you. They will change their minds because He will strike them where it hurts. He knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and trouble. He eventually hardened Pharaoh?s heart because of Pharaoh?s unwillingness to obey the Lord and turned his own disobedience against him to destroy him.

He is the One who opened the Red Sea!
He will open the sea of trouble you are facing and make a way where there is no way because He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Just use what you have. Use what is in your hand. Do what your hand finds to do. Use what God has used before. Whatever worked for you before, do it again, and God will part the waters so that you can go through the impossibility as Israel went through on dry ground. Do it in faith. Because when the enemy pursues and presumptuously presume the waters will remain open for them to pass through it will close down and swallow them up! You will never see them again! Your greatest fears, your worst nightmare, your biggest enemy will no longer keep you captive, because the Lord has sent His servant to announce your freedom today! It is the year of liberty for you! It is your Jubilee year! It is the year of New Beginnings! Go through into another dimension of living, of trusting God, of overcoming things in your life! You are not a slave any longer! You are the servant of the most High God!

He is the One who protected and fed a nation supernaturally!
He is the cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night! He will cool you down in the heat of the day and warm you up in the cold of night! He is the shadow at your right hand! He is the fire that purifies and purges you like silver! He removes the dross from your life until you are pure and precious in his sight! He has given his angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways! He is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you!
Your bread is sure and your water, because He is Jehovah Jireh the all-sufficient one. He will feed you and your children no matter what happens in the nation. Even in times of drought and famine he will support you if you put your trust in Him. Obey his servants the prophets and you shall prosper in any situation! The children of the righteous will never have to beg bread!

He is the One who gives water from a rock!
He turns bitter water sweet. He is the one who takes your bitter disappointments and make them His appointments. He is able to take your negatives and turn them into positives. He is the one who takes your sufferings and turn them into triumphs for His name?s sake! He is the one who sends his angel to protect you in the lions den and in the fiery furnace. He is the one who multiplies the little that you have if you put it into his hands. He is the one who guides and leads you and shows you things to come. He is your comforter and your source. He is your life! He is your feasts. He is your peace and joy! He is your wisdom, your righteousness, your sanctification and your holiness. He is ?

He is the Author and Finisher of our faith.
He is our Advocate, even Jesus Christ the Righteous. If you confess your sins He is faithful and just to forgive all your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness! He removes your sins from you as far as the east is from the west. He casts your wickedness and your sins in the depths of the sea and never thinks of
