Story Apostle Bruce Mitchell.
In a Latin American country he helped to gather stones for building. The local showed him that the stone Bruce picked up was not a living stone. The local hit the stone and it crumbled. Then he took another stone in his hand and struck it again. A loud ring echoed into the valley, ?This,? he said, ?is a living stone.?

God wants to build with living stones.

When Solomon built the temple, the Lord instructed him not to make a noise on the site. God takes us aside to shape in life. Living stones don?t put up a scene, but allow God?s masons to shape them before they get built into the larger building. Time spent alone in prayer. Time of inner soul searching is required. God?s Word is the hammer and chisel ? living stones have been trained in the Word.
Living stones don?t compete with other living stones but realize they are shaped for a specific part of the building.

Vision of Bridge. I saw an ancient bridge that led to a new hill, a different country.
As I approached the bridge in the spirit, I started to recognize that it was made of cobble stones. These stones had faces, one of the faces was mine. I was part of the stone bridge.
Don Potter of Morning Star Ministries produced a CD called ?Prepare the Way?, on the CD Cover, there is a stone like bridge similar to what I saw.
We are stepping stones for others to get into God?s purposes.

C.T. Studd, the great English cricketer that gave his life on the mission fields of China and then Africa, said, If his life is a stepping stone for others to follow then it has been worth it...

Choose today:
Do you want to be a living stone, and allow God to build you into a a glorious household that becomes part of an eternal city? Or do you want to remain a dead stone that crumbles under pressure ? worthless?
