Jubilee
Jubilee announced by Apostle Aje Pelser, July 2026 for Harvester International Ministries as a move of God in the earth.

Scripture
Luk 4:17 And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written:
Luk 4:18 “THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME, BECAUSE HE HAS ANOINTED ME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR; HE HAS SENT ME TO HEAL THE BROKENHEARTED, TO PROCLAIM LIBERTY TO THE CAPTIVES AND RECOVERY OF SIGHT TO THE BLIND, TO SET AT LIBERTY THOSE WHO ARE OPPRESSED;
Luk 4:19 TO PROCLAIM THE ACCEPTABLE YEAR OF THE LORD.”
Luk 4:20 Then He closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were fixed on Him.
Luk 4:21 And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”
Jesus’ message included the announcement of the year of Jubilee. Jubilee means “the blast” of a ram’s horn from its continuous sound, the signal of silver trumpets to introduce a festival. The root word means to flow, to bring with pomp and ceremony, to lead forth and carry forth or to ‘yabal’ to bring forth. It is the fiftieth year and it is holy or separated unto the Lord.

Principles of Jubilee
- During the year of Jubilee when the land lies fallow
- All possessions revert to its original owners.
- All produce during the year of Jubilee comes as a result of Jahweh’s blessing upon the land during the previous year!
- Jubilee ministry delivers creation from oppression.

The Jubilee ministry only comes after much testing and trials!
Jesus first had to go through the wilderness and be tempted of the devil. When he overcame he returned in the power of the Spirit and began his Jubilee ministry!
He had to overcome the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life.
Self-satisfaction, selfish desires, the attraction of worldly pleasures and material gain, the desire to be seen of men and to be popular must be overcome before you can enter the Jubilee ministry.
Jesus made himself of no reputation. Because he was not interested to be seen of men, he could not remain hidden!

On the other side of your wilderness experience awaits your Jubilee ministry! There are people waiting to receive from you after you have passed through the tests of your faith!
The benefits of the wilderness experience:
- It removes selfishness and wrong desires from us.
- It breaks our slave mentality.
- It teaches us to follow the ‘cloud’ of great glory.
- It fills us with valuable lessons about the ways of God.
- It makes us strong in our faith.
- It teaches us to rejoice in spite of our circumstances.
- It deposits something of the nature and ministry of Christ in us.
The key to shortening our wilderness experiences:
What took Israel 40 years only took Jesus 40 days! The key to getting through the wilderness experience in record breaking time is to say what Jesus kept saying: “Satan, it is written!” The Word is God with us.
1 John 4:17
17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

The second key to shortening the wilderness experience follows on the first key:
Believe at all times and you will conquer the world.
1 John 5:3-4
3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. 4 For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.

The Jubilee ministry brings Liberty in five areas:
- Beggars (the poor): throw away your tin cup and your beggar’s garment. Matt. 10:50
- Broken hearted (the failures): the joy of the Lord is your strength, garment of praise for a spirit of heaviness, oil of gladness for mourning, beauty for ashes. Isaiah 61 exchange…
- Bound (enslaved and oppressed): cast out devils, break through conceit, self-pity and rebellion, all bitterness and resentment. The truth sets you free. John 8:32
- Blind (ignorant): lift the scales of unbelief from your understanding.
- Bruised (hurt and abused): be gentle ministering to the wounded soldiers.
God has given us our land. Now take possession and stewardship of what God has given you. He wants us to rule and reign with him in our local area. He wants us to press through the wilderness and be overcomers in his name so that we can minister to others in victory. On the other side of the wilderness is life changing ministry. For those who maintain a right spirit through the wilderness there is a Promised Land of partaking in the ministry of Jesus and the favour of the Lord!
