Commissioned to Go!

As an apostolic company of people, we have a commission to Go! We are commanded to Love.

Looking at the context of that original commission to apostolic people through time, we discover some actions that define our commission.

Scripture:
Mat 28:18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

ACTION: “GO”
realise that in order to go you must be sent. You can’t just have went!
Go is two thirds of God!
Apostle Andre has been going to all parts of the earth preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples and teaching people the Life of Christ. But “going” starts at home. First go home and preach to your family. Are your children your disciples parents?
Are your friends your disciples children?
At work do you teach and instruct someone more accurately in the way?

Act 18:25 This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John.

ACTION: “Baptizing”
The doctrine of Baptisms is one of the foundations of the Christian faith. Without baptism the water particles on earth can’t testify of your step of obedience. Baptism is for all. And the definition and context of the word in the New Testament reveals plainly that a believer is immersed in the water, as a sign of His burial with Christ and resurrection into a new life with God.

“Father, Son Holy Spirit”
Know these facets of God. God sent His son who died for our sins and rose again – seated at the right hand of God, gone to prepare a place for us and is coming soon to fetch His Bride the church. Meanwhile He has given us His Spirit of promise that will lead and guide us into all the truth and help and empower us to be witnesses unto him, in our local area, wider vicinity and to the ends of the earth.

ACTION: “Teaching”
Who can you teach? Who is willing to learn from you. The people who show interest in what you are, and in what you are doing are the right candidates for discipleship.

ACTION: “Observe”
Observe to do all that is written in His word. Joshua 1:8. James 1:21-25. You will make your way prosperous and you will be blessed in what you do. Do not be a forgetful hearer, but be a doer of the Work. It actually mentions work.

ACTION: Believe “I Am With you”
He will never leave not forsake you. He has given us the Helper, the precious Holy Spirit in our hearts by which we experience the love of God, the power of God to be His witnesses.

“End of age” Throughout time till Jesus returns.

ACTION: Say “Amen” Say it by faith and apply it to your life and ministry for God.
