Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.' The key to faith is hearing the Word of God and the key to pleasing God is Faith. Hebrews 11:6.
1) Faith pleases God.
Have the Word in you all the time. Faith is what's needed to please God. You can't please God by good works. You can please God with Faith. You cannot be justified by works, you are justified by Faith, and you stay that way. It doesn't change, even if and when we mess up. If we didn't need Faith then Jesus died in vain. When you come to God you must believe; a} He exists, and b) He is a rewarder. If works or law could justify us, we wouldn't need Faith.
2) Hearing the Word.
'Why do you worry?' We all do, – we worry because 'what if…' The more Word you have in you, the more Faith you have. the less you tend to worry. Romans 10: 17. The more Word you hear. the stronger your faith is. Joshua 1:8 Meditate in the Word day and night. Observe to do. How? By seeing yourself doing. Observe yourself in the Word. It's your mirror. See yourself doing whatever it is. In the Word James 1:22-25 The Word is the perfect law of liberty Look into and observe. Read Scripture – when something speaks to you, do that.
3) Faith and Patience.
Hebrews 6:12. Faith is a waiting process. Patience implies waiting, it sometimes takes time. The hardest part is the waiting. Doubt sets in. Abraham waited 24 years for God's promise of his son. Keep your focus through staying in the Word. Strengthen your Faith by staying in the Word all the time.
