Principles for Building the Church
Principles for BUILDING a CHURCH
Original Sermon by Apostle Andre Pelser with additional notes by Aje Pelser
In vain do we try to build if God does not build the Church. If God is the builder then who can stop Him? Jesus promised that He would build His church and that the gates of hell would not be able to prevail against it.
So God wants to build our church.
The principles for building are set forth to follow to completion in Psalm 147.
1.	We must praise Him, because He is building our church.
2.	He gathers those who are scattered from the church.
3.	He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds
4.	He determines the number and gives each one a name.
5.	He builds through His great strength and unending wisdom.
6.	He raises up the humble and puts down the proud.
7.	We must sing a song of Thanksgiving with a stringed instrument.
8.	He builds with those who fear Him and trust in His goodness.
9.	He strengthens our entrances into His glory.
10.	He blesses the children in the wombs of our wives.
11.	He blesses our area with peace.
12.	He gives us the finest wheat. Psalms 81:16
13.	He sends His Word to us: instructions, his precepts and his purposes.
14.	His word works fast amongst us.
15.	No one can stand before Him.
He has not done this for any other nation. No other nation knows his ordinances as we do. We are a holy nation, a royal priesthood, a peculiar people who know how to praise Him.
He changed our Jacob natures into the princely stature of Israel, a prince with God.
He does not rely on the strength of horses or men.
