Here are some steps to fulfilling prophecy in your life:

Believe in Divine Inspiration of Prophecy
2Ti 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
2Ti 3:16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2Ti 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Receive the vessel
Mat 10:41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.
A prophet’s reward is prophecy.

Don’t despise prophecy
1Th 5:20 Despise not prophesying.
1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

Even apostle Paul had o receive his commission partly through prophecy from another believer.
Act 9:6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.
Act 9:10 And there was a certain disciple at Damascus named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord.
Act 9:11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth,
Act 9:12 And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight.
Act 9:13 Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem:
Act 9:14 And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.
Act 9:15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:
Act 9:16 For I will show him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.

Have the prophecy judged by other prophets and the Word itself
1Co 14:29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.
1Co 14:30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.
1Co 14:31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
1Co 14:32 And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.
1Co 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

Let Peace be your umpire
Col 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Wait on the Lord for boldness & to be led by the Spirit
If you read the account of the early disciples in the Book of Acts, they obeyed Jesus’ commands and waited for the promise of the Holy Spirit. They continued in prayer and separated themselves to receive the power to be His witnesses across the earth. This was not an idle waiting, but an active and expectant waiting. We know what the prophecies are concerning our lives, as a church, so we do shelve them, but work with them in meditation, in warfare prayer, by exercising apostolic decrees.

Those who are led by the Spirit are sons of God.
Romans 8:14

Say this is that!
Acts 2: Apostle Peter understood “This is That!” when the Day of Pentecost had fully come. Jesus had taught Peter the principle and demonstrated prophecy fulfilled many times. Whatever happened in Peter’s life from then onwards was fulfilment of Scripture revealed to peter by God.
You too can read the Holy Scriptures and see ourselves in the Word!. You would be reading and then, all of a sudden, realize that these old words are so real, so relevant to you specific situation that it is God speaking to you now!
The wonderful thing about the mirror of the Word is that like a natural mirror, whoever looks into it, sees their own reflection! God’s Word is for you. The Words of Prophecy spoken over this church is for you! Words of Prophecy echoing through the ages are for you today because of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice!

Practical Ways to earth prophecy
Find practical ways to earth eh prophetic word through simple obedience
Write the vision down and make it plain. Have you scribed the prophecy? Jeremiah employed a scribe to write down the words of prophecy for a nation. Even when the king burned the prophecies, or when Jeremiah threw it into a river, Baruch made a new manuscript so that we still have the words of Jeremiah today. Daniel used the prophecy of Jeremiah to earth a prophecy for his nation in captivity and began the restoration of his people back to their land of promise by fasting and praying until he had a breakthrough.

Act out the prophecy inspired by the Spirit when praying about fulfilment. Inspired faith actions lead to greater supernatural intervention in our every day life.
Apostle Leigh and Lynette Collins understand that for every physical movement in spirit led dance, there is a corresponding movement in the spirit realm. Paul writes to the Corinthian church about the concept of “First the natural, then the spiritual.”

Sometimes we have to break through the natural limitations of doubt, anxiety and fear with a conscious effort or action of faith to enter the rest of faith. We work with God.

Take important prophecies and make posters out of them, place them on the walls of your dwelling and make them prominent in your house. Speak faith filled words from the Bible in Jesus’ name over your house and family and business and in so doing you start to call those things that are not as though they were!

Wage a good warfare with the words of Prophecy
1Ti 1:18 This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them might war a good warfare;
1Ti 1:19 Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:

Remember, to add faith and good conscience to the process of fulfilling prophecy.

Apply the prophetic word to every aspect of the building process.
This can be applied physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Ezr 6:14 And the elders of the Jews built, and they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo.
