Find the Lost
Jesus is still concerned about the lost sheep today ! He needs you and I to go out and find them and bring them in. Would you and I be willing to risk embarrasment, rejection, mockery for His Name's sake? He will give you His Holy Spirit that will help you break through and to convict the lost souls you are willing to rescue so that His kingdom may be extended in the hearts of men and women.Find the Lost Sheep

Luke 15:1-7
Then all the tax collectors and the sinners drew near to Him to hear Him.2 And the Pharisees and scribes complained, saying, ?This Man receives sinners and eats with them.?3 So He spoke this parable to them, saying:4 ?What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it?5 ?And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing.6 ?And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ?Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!?7 ?I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.
A Sinner is someone who is lost, someone who misses the mark and strays off the right path for his or her life. A Sinner becomes stained with certain vices or wrong deeds and cannot recover from it. A Sinner wanders far away from God and will end up in hell if not rescued.
Jesus came to seek and save those who were lost and to give his life as a ransom for many. He left the self-righteous and received sinners and ate with them in order to find the lost sheep. Once he found the lost sheep he laid it on his shoulders and rejoices. When he brings the lost sheep home he invites his friends to rejoice with him.
