Ways to make Peace
Jesus won the War so we can have peace
Rev 3:21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

2Co 2:14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.

Col 1:19 For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell,
Col 1:20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.

2Sa 10:9 When Joab saw that the battle line was against him before and behind, he chose some of Israel\’s best and put them in battle array against the Syrians.
2Sa 10:10 And the rest of the people he put under the command of Abishai his brother, that he might set them in battle array against the people of Ammon.
2Sa 10:11 Then he said, \”If the Syrians are too strong for me, then you shall help me; but if the people of Ammon are too strong for you, then I will come and help you.
2Sa 10:12 Be of good courage, and let us be strong for our people and for the cities of our God. And may the LORD do what is good in His sight.\”

David set up the throne of Peace
2Sa 10:17 When it was told David, he gathered all Israel, crossed over the Jordan, and came to Helam. And the Syrians set themselves in battle array against David and fought with him.
2Sa 10:18 Then the Syrians fled before Israel; and David killed seven hundred charioteers and forty thousand horsemen of the Syrians, and struck Shobach the commander of their army, who died there.
2Sa 10:19 And when all the kings who were servants to Hadadezer saw that they were defeated by Israel, they made peace with Israel and served them. So the Syrians were afraid to help the people of Ammon anymore.

The reason Solomon had peace in his reign was because David won some battles
2Sa 12:24 So she bore a son, and he called his name Solomon. Now the LORD loved him,
Solomon H8010 shelo?mo?h BDB Definition:
Solomon = “peace”
1) son of David by Bathsheba and 3rd king of Israel; author of Proverbs and Song of Songs

David set up peace for King Solomon his son yes – but later the Prince of Peace:
Luk 20:41 And He said to them, \”How can they say that the Christ is the Son of David?
Luk 20:42 Now David himself said in the Book of Psalms: \’THE LORD SAID TO MY LORD, \” SIT AT MY RIGHT HAND,
Luk 20:43 TILL I MAKE YOUR ENEMIES YOUR FOOTSTOOL.\”\’
Luk 20:44 Therefore David calls Him \’LORD\’; how is He then his Son?\”

Jesus made peace between Jew and Gentile
Eph 2:15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace,
Eph 2:16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.
Eph 2:17 And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near.

Jesus made peace reconciling God and man
2Co 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
2Co 5:18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,

Instructions of the God of Peace
Rom 16:17 Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them.
Rom 16:18 For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple.
Rom 16:19 For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil.
Rom 16:20 And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
