Our Saviour Lord Jesus Christ said that He is the “Way the Truth and the Life”
How do we share His life to the world?

We read in John 3:16,17 the famous verse:
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him” MKJV

It is clear that God wants to save the whole world! He does not want to condemn the world. However, as Christians we need to remember that when reaching out to the unsaved. Be careful not to condemn or:

“summon to trial that one’s case may be examined and judgment passed upon it”
(Greek #2919; Thayer’s Greek Dictionary.)

The passage gives us 2 realisations:
 God wants the world to be saved
 The world can be saved through Jesus Christ.

How do we communicate Him to the world to save it?

We find a clue in this passage Hebrews 7:15:16:
“And it is still far more evident, since there arises another priest after the likeness of Melchizedek, who is made, not according to the law of a fleshly commandment, but according to the power of an endless life.”

This specific verse speaks about Jesus as a better High Priest of the New Covenant. He is the mediator between God and man for all sins committed. He offered His own blood on the cross of Calvary to bring remission of sins for all who believe on Him.

Moreover, Jesus officiates as our High Priest by the “power of an endless life.”

Evangelism is essentially communicating the power of an endless life to another soul.

Every believer has the power of an endless life within them, through their faith in Christ Jesus.

The Bible gives examples of Jesus living by the power of an endless life:
 When He was born, angels praised him and kings paid tribute.
 When his parents left him behind, He found His Father’s house.
 Intellectuals tried to catch Him with words and He left them speechless.
 When a world had lost faith in prophecies He was fulfilling them.
 When He obeyed in baptism the Father called Him His Son.
 Then Satan tempted Him and He overcame him through the Scriptures.
 When religious leaders were exclusive He was making disciples from every class.
 When sinners were condemned He forgave them.
 When Lazarus died He raised him.
 When Zacheus invited Him for dinner he went.
 When Nicodemus was confused He helped him understand
 When people were oppressed He set them free.
 When they brought Him the sick and lame He healed their disease.
 When they struck him and beat Him He did not threaten.
 When they nailed Him to a cross He got another soul saved.
 When they buried Him for dead He rose from the grave.
 When the disciples waited His promise came.
 When we call on His name He is here again!

You see Jesus doing marvellous things in these accounts, but there’s something He said to those who believe in His name that is even more marvellous:

“Truly, truly, I say to you, He who believes on Me, the works that I do he shall do also, and greater works than these he shall do, because I go to My Father”
John 14:12 MKJV

To conclude, in order to share the life with someone we can:

1. Understand God’s desire to save the world
2. Understand the power of Jesus’ endless life
3. Apply that power in our daily lives to save our part of the world

Come, let us be harvesters with Jesus and reach our world for Him through the power of an endless life.
