André and Nola Pelser’s letter to the Harvester Reformation Church in Milnerton, Cape Town, South Africa, July 2006
We greet you in the precious Name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has paved the way for us into the third dimension life-style behind the veil, through the sacrifice of his own body and blood, to obtain our forgiveness of sin and provide atonement for us with the eternal God, our heavenly Father; who has created the body of believers, called a church, which is His body on earth, of which He is the Head, so that we can manage to do His will through the precious promises given to us in the volume of the Scriptures preserved for us, to fulfill His purposes in the earth, until the day that Christ will be revealed in all His fullness and every knee shall bow and tongue confess that He is Lord!
Grace and Peace to you all who read this letter! Pass it onto someone else who hears the same heart beat of God for the church so that they may also be edified and built up in their faith and be reminded of the great love God has for all of us who believe in the name of His dear Son, Jesus Christ.
During the past week we have seen new scrolls unfold as the Holy Spirit gave us fresh understanding concerning the mind of Christ for His body. One of these revelations is the correction of a mistake the bible translators and translators have made during the previous centuries to describe the apostolic letters of Paul, Peter, John and James as ‘Pastoral Epistles!’ This has simply drawn a line through the apostolic authority those letters contained and promoted pastors as the senior spiritual office in the church. As a result the church has neglected the gift of apostles and allowed false cults to utilize the office in such a way prominent way that the true church has become averse and afraid to use the word ‘apostle’ as if it has been contaminated. The church leaders have pushed the office the Lord Jesus Christ gave to men when he ascended on high into an historical mist (Ephesians 4:11-13).
For almost 2 Centuries believers were told there were only 12 Apostles and that there would never again be any apostles. The first time I realized this fact was when I attended the first Eagle’s Gathering in Milwaukie, Portland, Oregon (USA). Apostle Richard Wright was the first man I met who was willing to step out and say publicly that he was an apostle called by Jesus Christ. I saw it on his office door: Apostle Richard Wright. I heard him and the church members use the words, apostle and prophet and teacher in normal conversations as if it was normal for everybody.
He and the elders ordained me there in 1995, although I received my apostolic call with an audible voice in 1984, in Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia. They prophesied over me and told me what I had to go and do and what things I would suffer for Christ and the Gospel’s sake!
When I received my apostolic commission to spread the awareness of apostolic ministry in this present generation, I was mocked, despised and rejected as well as persecuted for that very cause!
When God composed the church he put apostles first, prophets second and teachers third. (I Corinthians 12: 28) This is not a chronological progression through the ages, but a present reality through the ages. Yet men, religious men, have chosen to neglect this great truth and robbed millions of believers from the benefits these offices could have provided for them!
But in these last days, the Spirit of God is calling forth a reformation of the church according to the original plan of God for the church. Once again the ministerial gift of apostle is becoming accessible to churches willing to let go of their traditional misconceptions concerning the work of an apostle and they are receiving the benefit of the operation of apostolic grace in their midst.
Paul wrote to churches that acknowledged his apostolic authority that they have become his living epistles! These letters were not Pastoral Epistles, but apostolic letters! Because they acknowledged his apostolic authority they could draw strength, consolation and even receive the rebukes and corrections these letters contained. Those, like the Galatians Church, who rejected Paul as apostle, could not enjoy the privilege of receiving apostolic impartation into their lives.
Nola and I feel that Harvester Reformation Church here in Milnerton has given us an opportunity to pioneer the apostolic dimensions in our generation. We want to acknowledge that you have become our living epistle, not written with pen and ink on paper, but the living Word of God has been written in your hearts and you are beginning to live the life of Christ because of an inner reality rather than an outward law! (II Corinthians 3:2, 3)
Because of your faithfulness in the work of the Lord, other churches are beginning to follow your example. Already there are a few churches seeing Christ being formed in this body and they are willing to be taught the Reformational principles that would lead them into the new experience of knowing Jesus Christ in the way He has been revealed amongst us, to live third-dimension realities and to know the Love of Christ that passes knowledge, to know the Peace that passes understanding and to have joy in the Holy Spirit and continual right standing with God the Father through faith in the completed work of His Son in our lives who is busy sanctifying us all.
Nola, Hilton, Yvette, Aje, Chantal and Cherie and Ethan want to thank you from our hearts for everything you did to make this 25th Anniversary of our full time ministry such a joyous occasion! You did everything without being told what to do by us, because you did it from your hearts as unto the Lord, therefore the Lord will reward you in ways that will make sense to you.
Besides the gifts you have given us, besides the work you did, besides the concert you performed to bless us, we want to tell you that YOU ARE OUR GREATEST GIFT! We thank God for your faith and love for the saints here in Cape Town!
What a privilege to be part of such a body of believers. May the Lord Jesus Christ add all those designated to be part of this move of God in our generation and reform us all according to His purpose in Christ Jesus and may the will of God be done on earth as it is in heaven and may His kingdom become a reality in all our lives!
We also want to thank Aje and Chantal for all their labor of love and work of faith, in supporting us in work. We have been faithful to the heavenly vision we received and intend to continue to do so until Jesus returns. Then each of us will receive our rewards for our labors to extend His kingdom in the hearts of men, women and children.
In His service,
André and Nola Pelser
