Dedication

31st January 2023 to dedicate the year ahead to the Lord.

Let’s discuss the attributes of dedication that will reveal a greater glory of God in your life.

Dedications of articles and Provision for the Temple
There are things the Lord has helped us to subdue. It is the time to occupy and conquer the promises the Lord has given you. Dedication is a key to release the power to occupy and conquer, subdue and dedicate to the Lord.
Consider what lies ahead of you – what needs to be subdued?
David knew as a prophet, king and priest that all his victories in battle converged to this point to prepare for his son to build God a house.
God gave me that word: “Converge” during the difficult period of lockdown, all things converge into the will of God, and His will for us is to build many churches for Him.
We build churches by laying proper foundations in the spirit, providing accurate Bible training and building people around Christ as the chief cornerstone, on the foundations of apostolic doctrine and prophetic intent according to what the Spirit is saying to the churches today, the present revealed truth of His word.

2Sa_8:11 “King David also dedicated these to the LORD, along with the silver and gold that he had dedicated from all the nations which he had subdued—
1Ch_18:11 “King David also dedicated these to the LORD, along with the silver and gold that he had brought from all these nations—from Edom, from Moab, from the people of Ammon, from the Philistines, and from Amalek.”

Note that all these nations had opposed Israel in their Exodus and oppressed them before during the time of the judges. Identify the things challenging you now and subdue them by the power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus’ mighty name. David finished what Moses and Joshua started, and his son Solomon entered the kingdom peace as a result.
What you fight for now will give your children peace.

Dedication Summary:
“to consecrate, sanctify, prepare, dedicate, be hallowed, be holy, be sanctified, be separate, devote.”
Consider what areas of your life, your family, your skills and talents, your business and networks, your wealth and assets need to be dedicated to God.
Allow the Holy Spirit to help you discern where defilement has come into your heart or thought life. Repent of taking offense, forgive and release those who have done you harm. Your inner well spring of life needs to be cleansed in order to hit this next level of existence that begins with dedication.
Testimony – when we finally started to release and forgive a specific family who has done our building operation much harm, God immediately released the next phase of our building with provision and contacts to finish. What’s holding back God’s release of your next allotment of blessing and provision to continue your mandate as a family? If you are not sure what that mandate is, check your prophetic archives and notes, or wait on the Lord during the holidays. Speak to a spiritual mentor who will help you hear from God with an open Bible. Help others who have a clear mandate from the Lord and God will also give you yours.

Dedicating our work for the House of the Lord
1Ki_7:51 “So all the work that King Solomon had done for the house of the LORD was finished; and Solomon brought in the things which his father David had dedicated: the silver and the gold and the furnishings. He put them in the treasuries of the house of the LORD.”

We need a finishing mentality in all things. God only receives your dedication at the point where you finish what He told you to do. Push for that finish and find His ways to finish. It is not my might, not my power but by His Spirit.
I have had to learn to operate in His anointing for my life. I sometimes take some oil in the mornings and say it out loud: “I am anointed for this.” Then I begin with the finish of that day.
It becomes an automatic habit after a while and I am now so aware of the anointing, that I can recognize when I slip into dead works and my own strength and striving to achieve the finish. The difference is very clear – you will have unlimited energy to finish in His anointing, whereas our own strength will quickly run out and you will feel exhausted all the time with no end in sight.

Generational Dedication of David and Solomon
2Ch_15:18 “He also brought into the house of God the things that his father had dedicated and that he himself had dedicated: silver and gold and utensils.”

Dedication offerings to the Lord
1Ki_8:63 “And Solomon offered a sacrifice of peace offerings, which he offered to the LORD, twenty-two thousand bulls and one hundred and twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel dedicated the house of the LORD.”

1Ki_15:15 “He also brought into the house of the LORD the things which his father had dedicated, and the things which he himself had dedicated: silver and gold and utensils.”

2Ki_12:4 “And Jehoash said to the priests, “All the money of the dedicated gifts that are brought into the house of the LORD—each man’s census money, each man’s assessment money—and all the money that a man purposes in his heart to bring into the house of the LORD,”

Care of the Dedicated Treasuries and plans of the House of God
God told me to print out the plans for our new church base of operations. It’s on my wall and I look at it every day – the next phases are written out so that he who reads it may run with it. I visualize the finish every day. The Holy Spirit is hovering over those plans to incubate them. The creative word of the Lord Jesus is framing everything we do. Where Jesus is not in it, it won’t happen.
Yes, it is a base of operations. Many people have ideas about church – it is not all God. God has shown us a pattern that is totally different from what you’d expect from a regular church. We download blueprints from prophetic words and visions over a lifetime and we implement what God shows us line upon line, precept upon precept.

1Ch_26:20 Of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasuries of the house of God and over the treasuries of the dedicated things.
1Ch_26:26 This Shelomith and his brethren were over all the treasuries of the dedicated things which King David and the heads of fathers’ houses, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the army, had dedicated.
1Ch_26:27 Some of the spoils won in battles they dedicated to maintain the house of the LORD.
1Ch_26:28 And all that Samuel the seer, Saul the son of Kish, Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah had dedicated, every dedicated thing, was under the hand of Shelomith and his brethren.

1Ch_28:12 and the plans for all that he had by the Spirit, of the courts of the house of the LORD, of all the chambers all around, of the treasuries of the house of God, and of the treasuries for the dedicated things;

Solomon Dedicates the House of the Lord
When you finish and dedicate to the Lord, there is a massive release of joy in the spirit and a celebration that scares your enemies.

2Ch_5:1 So all the work that Solomon had done for the house of the LORD was finished; and Solomon brought in the things which his father David had dedicated: the silver and the gold and all the furnishings. And he put them in the treasuries of the house of God.

2Ch_7:5 King Solomon offered a sacrifice of twenty-two thousand bulls and one hundred and twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the people dedicated the house of God.

Leaders who have charge over the Faithful Dedication of tithes and offerings
2Ch_31:12 Then they faithfully brought in the offerings, the tithes, and the dedicated things; Cononiah the Levite had charge of them, and Shimei his brother was the next.

Eze_44:29 They shall eat the grain offering, the sin offering, and the trespass offering; every dedicated thing in Israel shall be theirs.

Dedicating Houses and Lands
Lev_27:15 If he who dedicated it wants to redeem his house, then he must add one-fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.
Deu_20:5 “Then the officers shall speak to the people, saying: ‘What man is there who has built a new house and has not dedicated it? Let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle and another man dedicate it.

New Covenant Dedication of sold possessions”
Act 4:34 Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold,
Act 4:35 and laid them at the apostles’ feet; and they distributed to each as anyone had need.
Act 4:36 And Joses, who was also named Barnabas by the apostles (which is translated Son of Encouragement), a Levite of the country of Cyprus,
Act 4:37 having land, sold it, and brought the money and laid it at the apostles’ feet.

Our Covenant with God is dedicated with Blood
Heb_9:18 Therefore not even the first covenant was dedicated without blood.

Sabbath Rest
I believe we will see regular dedications of days during the year when we will gather together to worship and appear before the Lord together in our new church.

Exo 34:21 “Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest; in ploughing time and in harvest you shall rest.
Exo 34:22 “And you shall observe the Feast of Weeks, of the first fruits of wheat harvest, and the Feast of Ingathering at the year’s end.
Exo 34:23 “Three times in the year all your men shall appear before the Lord, the LORD God of Israel.

Promises and Covenant
God makes a covenant with a dedicated nation. God waits to see if you are willing to dedicate yourself to him as believers, as families and as church households. Even as a move of Churches around the World.

Exo 34:24 For I will cast out the nations before you and enlarge your borders; neither will any man covet your land when you go up to appear before the LORD your God three times in the year.
Exo 34:25 “You shall not offer the blood of My sacrifice with leaven, nor shall the sacrifice of the Feast of the Passover be left until morning.
Exo 34:26 “The first of the first fruits of your land you shall bring to the house of the LORD your God. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.”

Exo 34:27 Then the LORD said to Moses, “Write these words, for according to the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.”
Exo 34:28 So he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. And He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.

The tenor of the Words God gives us, sets the tone of covenant. It is for each church in our move to hear from God about specifics, but as a move God has told us to Go into all the world, making disciples and teaching them all things Jesus taught, operating with signs and wonders following. God also told us to plant churches with bible training centres so that the people can live accurate lifestyles based on the eternal Gospel of Jesus Christ and His new Covenant. And the third arm of this move includes becoming productive in all fields and creating resources for generations to come. This includes business, construction, education, economics, politics, culture and arts, networking, publishing, producing music and movies and extending the kingdom of God in all spheres to prepare for Jesus’ return.

Are you ready to dedicate yourself to God and access his kingdom blessings and resources to finish what God has placed in your heart and to help Him with His dream the church to make all your dreams come true?

Prayer of Dedication
Lord Jesus I now dedicate my life and talents, gifts and functions, family and relationships to You.
I dedicate all my efforts to serve you, to generate wealth to establish your covenant in the earth and with my descendants after me that they may serve the only true and living God.
I honour you with the first fruits of my increase and will say like Joshua: “As for me and my house we will serve the Lord.”
We dedicate everything we do in ministry and missions to finish the commission you gave us.
We dedicate ourselves to serve God and humanity till Jesus’ return to show His love for our neighbour and compassion to the lost at any cost.
As I dedicate my life and all my resources into Your hands, I know you will take it and multiply it and direct it so that it will prosper, so I can prosper and be in health even as my soul prospers.
I dedicate myself to see your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Help me Holy Spirit and I will give you the glory for any measure of success and glory.
