Limited Form Boundless Energy
Limited Form Boundless Energy
Preached by Apostle Aje Pelser, Harvester Reformational Church, Cape Town
January 2023
Dream: “Limited form boundless energy .”
I dreamt this phrase while preaching with new friends in ministry:
“Limitless form, boundless energy.”
“The form I give you – that you take on as a bond servant – determines the direction of my power through you. “
I offer you some meditations about your limited form God asks you to take, that will release boundless energy and power to fulfil His will for your life.
Scripture Reading about Jesus Limited Form on Earth
Php 2:1 Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy,
Php 2:2 fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
Php 2:3 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.
Php 2:4 Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.
Php 2:5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,
Php 2:6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God,
Php 2:7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.
Php 2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
Php 2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
Php 2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,
Php 2:11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Derived image of His Son
Link this passage with Romans 8:23-30 from the Wuest’s Greek Translation:
“We are … assiduously and patiently waiting the full realization of our adult sonship at the time of the redemption of our body. For we were saved in the sphere of hope. But hope that has been seen is not hope, for that which a person sees, why does he hope for it? But if that which we do not see, we hope for, through patience we expectantly wait for it.
And in like manner also the Spirit lends us a helping hand with reference to our weakness, for the particular thing that we should pray for according to what is necessary in the nature of the case, we do not know with an absolute knowledge; but the Spirit himself comes to our rescue by interceding with unutterable groanings. More-over, He who is constantly searching our hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit because, according to God, He continually makes intercession on behalf of the saints.
And we know with an absolute knowledge that for those who are loving God, all things are working together resulting in good, for those who are divinely-summoned ones according to His purpose. Because, those whom He foreordained He also marked out beforehand as those who were to be conformed to the derived image of His Son, with the result that He is firstborn among many brethren. Moreover, those whom He thus marked out beforehand, these He also summoned.
And those whom He summoned, these He also justified. Moreover, those whom He justified, these He also glorified.
Jesus took on the form of a servant:
Thayer Definition: G3444 morphē
1) the form by which a person or thing strikes the vision
2) external appearance
Morphe is From the base: G3313 ‘meros’
From an obsolete but more primary form of meiromai (to get as a section or allotment); a division or share (literally or figuratively, in a wide application): – behalf, coast, course, craft, particular (+ -ly), part (+ -ly), piece, portion, respect, side, some sort (-what).
Being found in appearance as a man: ‘fashion/ appearance’:
G4976 schēma Thayer Definition:
the habitus, as comprising everything in a person which strikes the senses, the figure, bearing, discourse, actions, manner of life etc.
A we fashion our lives after the principles of Christ, His energy fills every aspect of our walk of faith, our pathway of function, the graph of our lives. As we go higher in spiritual revelation, the graph takes on a new form and increase our domain and range of existence. This is Christ within, our hope of glory.
Form determines the vector of God’s Power
Limited form boundless energy
I dreamt this phrase while preaching with new friends in ministry:
“Limitless form, boundless energy.”
“The form I give you – that you take on as a bond servant – determines the direction of my power through you. “
Jesus operated in a limited body while on earth, and then rose into his resurrected form, sharing His spirit with us in Acts 2.
Change and Motion depends on Limit in Calculus
Calculus is built on the two fundamental concepts of function and limit. the idea of limit underlies virtually all the concepts of calculus and that our understanding of the mathematics of change and motion depends on the limit.
To understand the concept of the derivative we first consider two seemingly unrelated problems: (1) finding the tangent line to a given curve (a geometric problem) and (2) finding the velocity of a moving object (a physical problem).
Imagine a line drawn between the points at which two consecutive wheels of a roller coaster contact the track. The slope of that line is approximately the slope of the tangent line to a curve (the track) at a given point (the position of the car at the instant the picture was taken). At that same instant the car has a specific “instantaneous” velocity. Finding the slope of the tangent line and the instantaneous velocity of an object are both problems that can be solved using the derivative. It is important to understand that although the position and speed of the roller coaster provide a useful physical model, the derivative is a general mathematical concept that is very powerful in developing applications for both the physical world and mathematics itself.
(Calculus / Leonard I. Holder, James DeFranza, Jay M. Pasachoff. – Ed. 2.)
In mathematics, a limit is the value that a function approaches as the input approaches some value. Limits are essential to calculus and mathematical analysis, and are used to define continuity, derivatives, and integrals. (Wikipedia)
Limits create new pathways and resonance that set your form. This is the humbling of self, to take on the form God is showing you for the sake of others. When you do that, He sets a course for your life to handle the energy and sustain the flow of anointing in the direction He wants you to go.
Energy disrupts static scenes and creates new wave forms and flow.
The Roller Coaster of Life
Think of a graph that represents a roller coaster, that roller coaster needs to understand the angle of the tangent at any one point and know how fast to go to remain safe. Yet it is a thrilling ride. There is a form that is limited, yet the energy and G-forces experienced at precise moments can be life changing and inspirational. There are times when you feel weightless without a care in the world and other times where you feel the gravity of the moment.
Form follows Function
As you discover your derived form of Christ within you the hope of glory, our life takes on a pathway and you will at any instantaneous moment be the derived image of Christ. The form of your life follows the functional pathway of service in church and society. As we deny ourselves, take up our cross and follow Jesus, our life pathway follows a functional pathway with specific limits, but boundless energy to perform His will.
Joy releases His Energy
The joy of the Lord is our strength: Nehemiah 8:10
The exceeding greatness of His power works in us who believe:
Exceeding means: G5235 huperballō
From G5228 and G906; to throw beyond the usual mark, that is, (figuratively) to surpass (only active participle supereminent): – exceeding, excel, pass.
Total KJV occurrences: 5
Eph 1:18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,
Eph 1:19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power
Eph 1:20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,
A new Pathway. Renewed Energy
Once we understanding our calling, our pathway of function set out before us according to God’s plan for our lives, we are energized to fulfil every word, prophecy and vision that the Father has shown us. The Holy Spirit rehearses it in our minds eye – shows us things to come and we operate in that revelation as limited form, but with all the power and energy of heaven in Jesus’ name.
What really happens when we connect with God in purpose, is that He is seeking as point of release of His power to our generation. When we limit ourselves to what He purposes, it creates a converging point of energy that surges through our lives and accomplishes great exploits.
